- When confirming the order, please verify your name, home address, and two mobile numbers (your number and an alternate contact for collection in your absence).
- Since we operate on a 1:1 delivery system through our dedicated delivery personnel, we deliver the product only once per order to a customer.
- Our clay products are entirely handmade, with every step—from selecting the clay to coloring—done by hand. Due to this artisanal process, there may be slight variations in the size, weight, and color of the product.
- Upon receiving the product, inspect the items in the presence of our delivery personnel. Any complaints must be raised at this time, as no later complaints will be entertained.
- Refund Policy: We do not have a refund policy.
- Return Policy: Given the fragile nature of our products, damage may occur, even unintentionally. In such cases, please send us a picture of the damaged product, and we will process the return within a maximum of 7 days, subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for bearing the delivery charge in the case of product return.
Terms and Conditions (Outside Dhaka City)

- When confirming your order, please verify your name, and district, and provide one mobile number (either your own or an alternate contact).
- Outside Dhaka, we exclusively deliver to the Zilla Sadar Sundarban Courier Branch.
- An advance payment of Tk 200 (non-refundable) is required for booking orders outside Dhaka.
- Once the parcel reaches the courier, it must be collected within a maximum of 3 days. Failure to do so absolves the company of responsibility for any parcel returns or product damage.
- Our clay products are entirely handmade, with every step—from selecting the clay to coloring—done by hand. Due to this artisanal process, there may be slight variations in the size, weight, and color of the product.
